Wyoming Pioneer Safeway Study

A feasibility study for a gut-and-remodel of a former grocery store into a state office building in the State Capital Complex, including several separate user groups and stakeholders. The design team orchestrated a balance to keep all user groups satisfied with the final design solution that contained numerous “shared”/common spaces. The project included coordination of a separate asbestos/environmental survey along with full schematic design and detailed cost estimate with a final written report for the Wyoming Building Commission.
